Since we began in 2017, we have dozens of wonderful success stories from young creatives that entered our mentorship programme, as well as those that have found their way after attending our creative careers fair at the UK creative festival.

Meet Dave Fretton

David Fretton works closely alongside the Creative Foundation and its mentorship programme. His department have partnered with The Education People, who work to support the schools and colleges across the county in developing innovative careers programmes for the youth.

Where I didn’t have access to family or friends in the industry to champion me, the Creative Foundation bridged this gap. The Creative Foundation paired her directly with someone within the creative industry as part of a 16-week mentorship programme.
