  • Are you interested in nurturing young talent?

Find out how our mentoring programmes impact socio-economic diversity.

So far, we have supported 35 hungry young creatives on their pathways and in order to help more we need YOUR support.

The Foundation Futures Programme, previously supported by Creative Mentor Network (2022), Collaborative Futures and The Education People (2023), is a programme that supports socio-economic diversity by offering young, underrepresented creative talent (aged 16 – 25) an opportunity to meet and work with industry professionals, like yourselves, during 8 hours of one-to-one sessions.

These meetings allow mentees to focus on specific career goals, depending on mentees’ age it might be helping them with their portfolio, creating a CV, building their LinkedIn profile or advising about how to build professional connections to name but a few.

To these young people the programme is priceless ... to YOU as a mentor the gains are even bigger.
